Clear Channel Outdoor's (CCO) Meyer to Retire at Year End

Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CCO), announced that Paul Meyer will retire from his current position as the President and CEO - Americas of Clear Channel Outdoor, Inc. effective December 31, 2009. Following December 31, 2009, Mr. Meyer has agreed to serve as an exclusive consultant to the Company for a period commencing on January 1, 2010 and expiring on October 15, 2012.
