Cherokee Inc. (NASDAQ: CHKE) announces the appointment of Frank Tworecke to its Board of Directors. Mr. Tworecke replaces Dave Mullen, a member of Cherokee’s Board of Directors since 2000, who retired from Cherokee’s Board of Directors effective as of July 17, 2012.
