Catalyst (CPRX) Announces Organizational Changes and CEO McEnany's Term Extension

Catalyst Pharmaceutical Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: CPRX) today announced two organizational changes and the extension of the term of Patrick J. McEnany's employment agreement with the Company for an additional two years, from November 8, 2009 to November 8, 2011.
Steven R. Miller, Ph.D, will become Catalyst's Chief Scientific Officer. Dr. Miller is currently Catalyst's Vice President of Pharmaceutical Development and Project Management
Jack Weinstein Catalyst's business development activities. Mr. Weinstein Is currently Catalyst's Vice President, Treasurer, and CFO.
