Capella Education Company (NASDAQ: CPLA) today announced that the company's Board has recently narrowed its focus in the ongoing CEO search process to only external candidates. As a result of this decision, Kenneth Sobaski, Capella's President and COO, has left the company, effective immediately.
Capella Education Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Capella University, provides online post-secondary education services in the United States.
