CVS Caremark (NYSE: CVS) today announced the appointment of Stephen J. Gold to the position of Chief Information Officer. Gold joins CVS Caremark on July 9 and will focus on bringing new and differentiating technology solutions to the company's retail and pharmacy benefit management businesses.
He joins CVS Caremark from Avaya, Inc. where he held the position of CIO.
