CVR Energy, Inc. (NYSE: CVI) announced today that Kim Oliver has been appointed vice president, Human Resources.
Oliver had been director of human resources since December 2010 and is responsible for all human resources activities at both CVR Energy and at CVR Partners, LP, a master limited partnership for which CVR Energy serves as general partner and is a majority unit holder.
