Barnes & Noble (BKS) CEO of Barnes & Noble.com Resigns

Barnes & Noble, Inc. (NYSE: BKS) announced today that Marie Toulantis, CEO of its online business, Barnes & Noble.com, has resigned from her position and will now work for the company in the capacity as consultant. Her duties have been assumed by Tom Burke, Executive VP of E-Commerce and Kevin Frain, CFO, who has been appointed Executive VP of E-Commerce Operations.

Barnes & Noble, Inc., together with its subsidiaries, operates as a bookseller in the United States and the District of Columbia.
