Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: AUXL), has announced the appointment of two executive officers, effective immediately. Andrew I. Koven has been named Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, and Mark A. Glickman has been named Senior Vice President, Sales.
