In Today's 8-K Filing from Applied Digital Solutions Inc. (Nasdaq: ADSX) : Effective March 1, 2007, at the Company's request, Evan C. McKeown is no longer serving as Applied Digital Solutions, Inc.'s, chief financial officer. Mr. McKeown will continue as a senior vice president while he and the Company negotiate the terms of his departure.
