Alpha and Omega Semiconductor Limited (Nasdaq: AOSL) today announced that Ephraim Kwok, Chief Financial Officer, has resigned due to health reasons as recommended by his physician, effective immediately. The Board of Directors of AOS has appointed Mary L. Dotz to serve as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective March 1, 2012.
Mr. Kwok joined AOS in October 2005 as Chief Financial Officer.
