Alaska Communications Systems Group, Inc. ("ACS") (NASDAQ: ALSK) announced the appointment of Anand Vadapalli as Chief Operating Officer for Alaska Communications Systems, a new position reporting to ACS President & CEO Liane Pelletier.
Vadapalli will have responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of ACS' sales and service, product and marketing, technology and operations functions.
Most recently Vadapalli was Executive Vice President of Technology and Operations at ACS, and has been with the company since August 2006.
