(Nasdaq: AIRT) has determined to expand the Board from nine directors to ten directors effective upon the commencement of the 2012 annual meeting of stockholders and to nominate the nine incumbent directors and Nicholas J. Swenson for election as directors by the stockholders at the 2012 annual meeting.
