Agree Realty Corporation (NYSE: ADC) today announced that Joey Agree has been named President and COO of the Company. In this role, he will assume the principal leadership role for the execution of the Company's overall business strategy. Additionally, he has been appointed to the Company's Board of Directors. Richard Agree, the founder of the Company, will continue to serve as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
