Nokia (NOK) Gets Favorable Ruling Against IPCom; Will Continue to Sell in Germany

Nokia (NYSE: NOK) is moving higher today amid the following release out of the company:
"The European Patent Office (EPO) in Munich today revoked IPCom's patent EP 1 841 268 (#100A).
The EPO's decision means that yesterday's ruling from the Dusseldorf Court is not expected to stop the sales of Nokia (NYSE: NOK) products in Germany."
Shares are up about 4 percent Wednesday morning.
