Bloomberg reporting Kodak (OTC: EKDKQ) has lost its trading ruling in the image patent case against Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) and Research In Motion (Nasdaq: RIMM). A trade judge ruled neither BlackBerry or the iPhone infringed on a Kodak patent.
