Illinois plan to cut $111 billion pension shortfall struck down, according to Bloomberg headlines.

UPDATE - In striking down the 2013 measure, the judge in the case said legislation is in violation of the State's constitution.

The $111 billion shortfall is currently the worst in the U.S., Bloomberg noted.
