GoPro (GPRO) Receives Unfavorable Decision in Motion to Dismiss C&A Marketing Case

GoPro's (NASDAQ: GPRO) motion to dismiss claims in C&A Marketing’s patent-infringement lawsuit was dismissed in New Jersey Superior Court late Tuesday, according to Bloomberg.
The suit alleged that GoPro's Hero4 Session copied the design of &A’s Polaroid Cube camera.
The action clears the way for the case to go to trial.
Shares of GoPro are up 3 percent.
