Shares of Pfizer (NYSE: PFE) have ticked lower over the last few minutes as Reuters is reporting a US court has ruled the company can face lawsuits related to asbestos exposure.
The stock is flirting with the 200-day simple moving average. Shares are up 0.6 percent to $22.19, but well off session highs.
