Apple (AAPL), Google's (GOOG) Motorola Enter Patent Litigation Settlement

Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) and Google's (Nasdaq: GOOG) Motorola Mobility have entered a settlement to end all patent litigation between the two companies.
Reuters noted late last Friday that the agreement doesn't include any licensing arrangements.
In 2010, Motorola accused Apple of infringing on several of its patents, including one that was essential to how cell phone operated on 3G networks, while Apple also filed a countersuit against Motorola claiming the company violated several of its patents.Google, Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOG)
Having acquired Motorola Mobility in 2012 for $12.5 billion, Google recently said it would sell the unit's handset business to Lenovo and keep the majority if its patents.
Both Apple and Google are lower early Monday.
