Yahoo! (Nasdaq: YHOO) isn't resting amid making a bid to get more social last week.
AllThingsD noted over the weekend that Yahoo! might have been $600 million to $800 million for video streaming company Hulu. Several bids may have been submitted by Yahoo! depending on license agreements and control over content.
Hulu is co-owned by Disney (NYSE: DIS), Comcast (Nasdaq: CMCSA), and News Corp (Nasdaq: NWSA). Hulu originally hit the market for a bid back in 2011 with a potential asking price of $2 billion, ATD said.
News of the latest bid comes as Yahoo! announced plans to acquire Tumblr for $1.1 billion last week.
Shares of Yahoo! are up 1.4 percent early.
