VirnetX Holding Corp. (NYSE: VHC) is lower in late trading following reports it lost a bid to revive its patent case against Apple, Inc. (Nasdaq: AAPL). Shares are down 1.7 percent in late trading.
The ITC stated the judge in the case found that SAIC had ownership rights and should have been a party.
