Verizon (VZ) Sells 4.2M Apple (AAPL) iPhones in Q411; Expects 500-600bp iPhone Margin Drop in Future

Verizon (NYSE: VZ) CFO Fran Shammo said it sold 4.2 million Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) iPhones in the fourth-quarter 2011.

The company also sees a 500 to 600 basis point drop on the iPhone moving forward, though a specific time frame wasn't given.

Headlines were made at the Citigroup Entertainment, Media and Telecommunications Conference.
