United Tech (UTX) Could Be Charged with Violating Arms Export Laws - WSJ

United Technologies (NYSE: UTX) shares are lower on the session following headlines that it will be charged for hundreds of arms export violations, according to WSJ headlines.

The charges will be for the sales of helicopter technology to China.

Shares are 2.2 percent lower Thursday.
