Twitter (TWTR) CFO Noto Informed CEO Costolo About Earnings Leak

In a CNBC interview, Twitter (NYSE: TWTR) CEO Dick Costolo said CFO Anthony Noto informed him about the early earnings leak as he was preparing for the call.

Third-party Nasdaq was responsible for the early release, according to Costolo.
