HUD, or head-up display, is typically used in the aviation industry, but according to a new study on Reportlink.com automotive industry growth for HUDs could take off in the next five years.

The market size of HUD in 2012 is estimated to be $991.86 million and expected to reach $2.91 billion at a CAGR of 24% from 2012 to 2017.
