T. Boone Pickens, appearing on CNBC's Squawk Box, says that a rescue plan for the US economy will be passed on Thursday. He also said that he expects the FDIC to increase its insurance base. Pickens said that if a plan is not passed by this week, we will see another leg down.
The legendary energy investor also said that he does not expect crude oil prices to drop much lower than $100/barrel.
