Sterne Agee upgrades Bucyrus International (Nasdaq: BUCY) from Neutral to Buy.
Shares of Bucyrus have bounced today after starting the day in negative territory. Traders are likely trading the stock on earnings out of Joy Global last night, which came in better-than-expected. Joy Global also issued guidance that is above the Street consensus.
