Get some dividends on the cheap. Here are some of the more notable dividend paying stocks trading at or near 52-week low levels. Other minimum criteria is a 3 percent annual dividend yield and daily volume of 350,000 or above. The following aren't necessarily blue chip companies; those would be too easy to list.

- Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold (NYSE: FCX) - pays $1.25 with a yield currently at 3.9 percent;
- Banco Santander, S.A. (NYSE: SAN) - pays 92 cents with a yield currently at 14.7 percent;
- Telefonica (NYSE: TEF) - pays $1.34 with a yield currently at 10.5 percent;
- Nokia Corp. (NYSE: NOK) - pays 18 cents with a yield currently at 7.5 percent; and
- Enerplus Corp. (NYSE: ERF) - pays $1.08 with a yield currently at 9.1 percent.
