PNC Financial Services (NYSE: PNC) shares are seeing a little pressure today as the company still continues to work through a website outage that is starting to irk customers.
According to reports out today, PNC's website has been down for about two days, causing many to flood the bank's Facebook site with comments and concerns. A spokesperson for the bank said that PNCs systems are operating normally.
The Post-Gazette said this morning that it is the fourth week of intermittent problems for the site. Problems started following threats from the l-Qassam Cyber Fighters, which sought the removal of an anti-Islamic video.
Shares of PNC closed flat on Wednesday as financial peers saw plenty of upside from fiscal cliff news.
