NASDAQ said Thursday morning it is canceling trades in Garmin Ltd. (NASDAQ: GRMN) at or above $42.77 that were executed in NASDAQ between 09:30:00 and 09:31:00 ET.
NASDAQ will be canceling trades on the participants behalf and said the decision cannot be appealed.
NASDAQ called the early transactions "erroneous."
