Daniel Loeb's Third Point LLC released its 13F for the quarter ended June 30, 2008. Notably, Loeb showed new stakes in Orion Marine Group (Nasdaq: OMGI), Starwood Hotels (NYSE: HOT), Teradata (NYSE: TDC) and Tibco (Nasdaq: TIBX), among others.
