Barry Rosenstein's JANA Partners released its 13F for the quarter ended June 30, 2008. The firm showed new stakes in Genentech, Nokia, Peabody Energy, Sears, unitedhealth and Washington Mutual. JANA boosted its stakes in AK Steel, Focus Media, Microsoft and Transocean while lowering positions in Anadarko, Cisco, Oracle and Williams Companies.
