Have 3x The Fun In the REIT Space With Direxion's New 3X Bull & Bear ETFs (DRN, DRV)
Direxion, the firm that brought us the 3x leveraged financial ETFs (NYSE: FAZ) and (NYSE: FAS) among others, has announced the addition of two new Real Estate 3x ETFs, Direxion Daily Real Estate Bull 3x Shares (NYSE: DRN) and Direxion Daily Real Estate Bear 3x Shares (NYSE: DRV).
The two new ETFs seek 300% of the daily performance, or 300% of the inverse of the daily performance (before fees and expenses), of the MSCI U.S. REIT Index. The MSCI U.S. REIT Index represents approximately 85% of the U.S. REIT universe.
The 22 Direxion Shares ETFs represent the highest amount of leverage currently available in the ETF space.
