National Bank of Greece (NYSE: NBG) is positive early following news that Greece is "reshuffling" is bailout team.
The WSJ, citing an official on the news, said the move would reduce the amount of influence Greek finance minister Yanis Varoufakis has in negotiations.
Euclid Tsakalotos, Greece's alternative foreign minister, will head the new policy negotiating team.
News comes as euro-area finance officials have pressured Greece to speed negotiations ahead of the expiration of its current financing agreement, which is slated to occur in June.
Data from a recent Kapa Research poll shows that nearly 73 percent of Greeks want to stay in the euro-zone and 72 percent believe reaching an agreement with creditors would benefit Greece.
