Google (GOOG) Takes Aim at Apple Music with Family Plan Pricing Structure

Pandora (NYSE P) is trading off of session highs following news out of Google (Nasdaq: GOOG)(Nasdaq: GOOGL) on Tuesday.
Google introduced a new Google Play Music Family Plan, which runs $14.99 per month for up to six people (versus $9.99 per month per person).
Notably, Apple's (Nasdaq: AAPL) Apple Music runs $14.99 for its family plan, which is probably more of a target for Google's new pricing strategy.
Amid the update, Pandora is still up over 3 percent, but was up nearly 7 percent following a strong start today.Pandora (NYSE: P)
