Former NBCUniversal -- which is majority owned by Comcast (Nasdaq: CMCSA) and minority owned by General Electric (NYSE: GE) -- CEO Jeff Zucker isn't done yet.
According to the NY Post on Wednesday, Zucks may now have the title of Global New Operations President at CNN, a Time Warner (NYSE: TWX) company.
The Post warns that there are still details to be worked out and nothing is in stone, but Time Warner's Jeff Bewkes has been eying Zucker to fill that spot for a while.
Currently, Zucks is tied up as executive producer of Katie Couric's "Katie" daytime show. His obligation there runs until the end of the year.
Zucks would take over for exiting GNO head Jim Walton.
