Ford (NYSE: F) reports that vehicle sales in China fell 10.6 percent in March to 49,439 units.
The number was down from 55,292 vehicles sold in March 2011, according to a statement issued Tuesday.
Overall, first-quarter 2012 sales dipped 13.6 percent from 140,566 units last year to 121,393 units.
Shares of Ford are indicated slightly lower early Tuesday morning.
