So, does that mean no IPO now? Or a more highly-valued IPO?

According to a report from TheNextWeb, Facebook (Nasdaq: FB) and Twitter are becoming more integrated for a richer social media experience.

Previously, Twitter and Facebook had integration issues, including things tweeted images and links to hashtags. A spokesperson for Twiter said, in part, "The updated Twitter for Facebook integration now includes additional rich media experiences related to the first photo, URL, @mention or #hashtag in the cross-posted Tweet."

So, if you are logged into Twitter and have connected your account to Facebook, photos should be able to be viewed on your timeline and friends/family will be able to click on hastags and mentioned usernames to go to Twitter and view the profile/stream.

This will help to send some of the 900 million Facebook users over to Twitter as well, which would certainly be an asset for the micro-blogging service.
