Dreamworks (DWA), Sony (SNE) Could Be in New Distribution Deal - LA Times

Dreamworks Animation (NYSE: DWA) shares are moving slightly higher Friday following reports it might have knocked-out a new distribution deal.
According to the LA Times, Dreamworks and Sony's (NYSE: SNE) Sony Pictures unit may have entered a pact to distribute upcoming films. The move would end Dreamworks' long-time partnership with Paramount Pictures, which expires this fall.
Dreamworks has "The Croods" coming out next March and "Turbo" as next summers big release.
Shares of Dreamworks are up 2.4 percent into the close.
