Deckers Outdoor (DECK) CEO Sees Strong Sales in 'All Seasons'

Deckers Outdoors (Nasdaq: DECK) is positive Friday following an appearance by CEO Angel Martinez on Jim Cramer's Mad Money Thursday night.

In part, Martinez said Deckers likes when it gets cold outside, because that's good for the company's UGGs brand. However, the CEO noted that UGGs is diversified enough to do well no matter what the weather outside is like.

Martinez believes Deckers has something for all shoppers and many are surprised when they shop online or visit a store of how robust the selection is.

Deckers Hoka brand is now the number five brand in running shoes, Martinez said. The company is looking to expand Hoka, even getting into the track shoes segment.

Deckers also offers hats, scarves, and more, which enables it to really round out its lifestyle story, Martinez stated.

Shares of Decker are up 1.8 percent.
