Solars are on watch today following China's installation target for 2015.
Barron's highlighted Tuesday night that China's National Energy Administration is targeting solar installations of 17.8-GW for 2015, which compares with 15-GW of installations noted in the draft circular.
There's also no breakdown between large-scale solar farms versus smaller rooftop installations, which should make the target easier to achieve.
Moving higher Tuesday on the news include: Canadian Solar (Nasdaq: CSIQ), JA Solar Holdings (Nasdaq: JASO), JinkoSolar (NYSE: JKS), ReneSola (NYSE: SOL), Trina Solar (NYSE: TSL), and Yingli Green Energy (NYSE: YGE), among others.
