China Mobile (CHL) Will Allow Operators to Resell 4G Wireless Service

China Mobile (NYSE: CHL) is moving to allow operators to resell its 4G wireless service.

According to China's Xinhua, China Mobile will provide virtual operators for voice, SMS/MMS traffic, WLAN 4G tariff packages, and other services.

Shares of China Mobile are up 1.7 percent.
