Casino Stocks Move Higher; Hong Kong Reports Record Airport Traffic in July (LVS) (MGM) (MPEL)

Casino stocks are indicated higher Monday morning, though no specific news is being attributed to the gains.
Over the weekend, the Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) said traffic was up in July to new monthly records. Over 5 million passengers moved through the airport while 29,880 airplane movements were made. Numbers were up 0.5 percent and 3.4 percent from the same year earlier.
The news could bode well for Macao, which is just across the bay from Hong Kong.
Higher Monday are: Las Vegas Sands (NYSE: LVS), Wynn (Nasdaq: WYNN), MGM International (NYSE: MGM) and Melco Crown (Nasdaq: MPEL).
