Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) has lost a bid to ban sales of Motorola Mobility's XOOM tablet in Germany. The decision was made in a Dusseldorf regional court.
Motorola was recently acquired in a $12.5 billion deal with Google (Nasdaq: GOOG).
