One Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) customer is said to have taken up a suit against the company and its CEO, Tim Cook, over identity theft and health care fraud.
According to Patently Apple, one South Carolina resident, whom is representing himself, made the filing on March 24, 2015.
The plaintiff is also filing the complain over claims of white-collar crimes, racial slurs, discrimination of voting rights, and an antitrust claim dispute, among other items.
The plaintiff is looking for mental and punitive damages.
Apple is trading comfortably in positive territory Thursday afternoon.
