Apple (AAPL) Higher into Close as CEO Cook Issues Comments on Worker Safety
Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) shares moving higher into the close Tuesday, as CEO Tim Cook is making comments about working conditions in its suppliers' facilities. Cook said Apple provides free classes to workers, suppliers must meet Apple's standards or lose business, and every worker has the right to a safe working environment.
