Apple's (AAPL) Late CEO Jobs Showed Color in Giving Former iPod Exec One Pork-Laden, NSFW Nickname

We'll have ours with a side of wilted spinach and cinnamon Bourbon apples.

Which part of a pig do you suppose a f*ckchop comes from? Maybe the loins, or the nether-regions of a shoulder cut? Well, Apple's (Nasdaq: AAPL) late-CEO Steve Jobs knew where it came from and liked the term so much he applied it to describe one of his executives.

Reports out over the weekend suggested Jobs called an original member of the iPod and iChat AV team, Andy Grignon, a "f*ckchop." Grignon liked the term so much, in fact, he had it printed on his business cards as his official company title. (Apple approved the change, evidently).

About getting the term on his card (which was spelled "f**kchop," as though that's even more secret), Grignon said: "This one was great because after I submitted it for approval, I didn't hear anything for 2 weeks. Suspecting something was up, I visited Ruby and asked what was happening with my cards. He replied, "c'mon, that can't go on a card..." Not more than a few hours later, Apple Printing said everything was approved and on its way."

The reveal comes on the launch of Geeklist, where Grignon signed up as a beta participant.

Apple shares are up over 1 percent Monday.
