Apartment Investment and Management Company (NYSE: AIV) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.40 annualized.
The dividend is payable on November 30, 2009, to stockholders of record on November 20, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 18, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 3%.
