Amazon's (AMZN) Twitch Sees Monthly Unique Double (Again) in 2014

Growth for Amazon's (Nasdaq: AMZN) Twitch.tv continued in 2014. The gaming broadcast site posted the following to its official blog on Thursday.

We all did more than ever in 2014. There were more broadcasters, more viewers, more events, more charity, and more, well, chaos (remember that whole TwitchPlaysPokemon thing?).

We took a look back and captured some of the best moments from 2014 so the story of this amazing year could be shared with all of you. Thank you for making Twitch what it is today. Let’s do it again in 2015!

Notably, Twitch reported that it ended 2014 with 100 million unique monthly views, up from 45 million in 2013. The company provided a look back at 2014 here.
