Yahoo! (Nasdaq: YHOO) co-founder and now-director David Filo sold a few shares recently, according to a new filing with the U.S. SEC.
On April 10th, Filo sold 168,500 shares of Yahoo! at an average selling price of $15.0404 for total gross proceeds of $2,534,307.
Following the sale, Filo still holds on to 71,861,390 shares of Yahoo! common.
Sales were made in accordance with Rule 10b5-1 Trading plan.
Yahoo! ended Thursday up 1.2 percent.
